The 2.6 series of the linux kernel now includes an IPSec stack, and FreeS/WAN contains support for this implementation. All in all my patches are superfluous now, and so I have removed them.
If you are a linux 2.6 user, you can either use Racoon from the linux-ipsectools or Pluto from FreeS/WAN 2.04 or later.
