Tele Traffic Tapper and Linux PPPd/PPPoE

Tele Traffic Tapper is a real-time and remote traffic monitoring tool based on tcpdump by Kenjiro Cho.

I added support for the packet encapsulation used by pppd to communicate with pppoe and fixed the pcap interface to work with libpcap 0.8.1.
