Since Irssi 0.8.12 has some issues with joining e.g. latin1 encoded channels, here is a script that shows how to work around these bugs. Probably, this can be done better, but until somebody does, you can now at least join the channels again and talk there.
The Penguin-Breeder site is now hosted at a new server. I hope I checked everything, but if something doesn't work, please let me know.
A new version of the SILC Plugin is availble. This release introduces a patch by martynas to redraw the Irssi window after key generation.
